QotD: Your fantasy restaurant
If you could open any sort of restaurant, what would it be like?
I'd probably open a tropical themed biker bar/poolroom, and I'd control the music. There'd be lots of windows to let in the light in the day, and well lit with directional lighting at night, so it wouldn't be like the image you get in your mind of a dark scary hole in the wall place. We wouldn't serve much food, just the standard hot wings, burgers, etc.
